Where are the products manufactured?

All our oils are Made in France. They are produced by very carefully selected manufacturers to guarantee their quality.

How long does it take to get results?

Everyone reacts differently to new products! By using the oil regularly, you will see a big difference in the health of your hair. On average, our customers see an increase in density after 6 weeks.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, our products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan.

Can your products cure my disease?

ICHBEARD products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Please note that this is not a medical product or a cure for any disease.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the link provided.

What should I do if I haven't received the order confirmation email?

Check your spam folder. If you still can't find the email, contact our customer service to confirm your order.

You will receive a confirmation email just after validating your order.

What is the shipping time?

We ship within 2-3 business days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order within 5 working days after your purchase.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?

Contact us quickly after your order, within 12 hours, to change the delivery address.

When will I receive my package?

Delivery times are shown at checkout once you have entered your address. Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include delays caused by exceptional events (natural disasters, border closures, etc.)

I want to return my purchase, what should I do?

You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for any purchase made on one of the ICHBEARD websites. You will lose your right of withdrawal if you open and use your product or break the seal, as the product can then no longer be returned for health and hygiene reasons. In the event of cancellation or return, the product must always be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us.

How do I know if my return has been processed?

You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return and issued the refund or exchange. This can take between 5-7 business days.

I received an incorrect or defective product, what should I do?

If you have received an incorrect or defective product, it is important that you complete our complaints form and all of the points below.

When you complete our complaint form, you must attach documentation relating to the reason for the complaint. If you are complaining about a product, you must keep the product and its packaging so that we can investigate the matter.

If, after examining the product, we confirm that it is incorrect or defective, we will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to proceed.
